What is a Digital Wallet?
RateCards allows you to receive payments and make payments for services. At its core, RateCards provides a new way to earn a living for your work. For example:
- Receive payments
- Make payments
- Tips, subscriptions, reimbursements, bonus for good work…
- Use QR codes to sell your services
- Buy services from a RateCards member
Setup Your Payout
When setting up your RateCards account, one of the first things you do is decide how you want to receive payments and pay people. In the RateCards app, setup your wallet payment with bank transfer:
- Go to your ‘Wallet Settings‘
- Add a debit card
- Or, add a U.S. bank account
For more info on how to add funding sources, please see our articles about adding bank accounts and adding cards to your RateCards account.
Bank Transfers
You can transfer money to your bank by connecting your bank account to RateCards. Bank transfers that are submitted before 7 PM EST will typically be available in your bank account the next business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Transfers are reviewed which may result in delays or funds being frozen or removed from your RateCards account.
FAQ
I am not a RateCards user and I’m seeing an unauthorized charge on my bank or card statement.
If you see RateCards on your bank or card statement, please verify that no one else has authorized access to your credit card or bank account. For example, we often see family members who use their spouse’s card.
