What’s on a Rate Card
Each rate card specifies a unique service you’ll perform for payment. List the type(s) of services you’ll perform; each with a unique rate card. Each rate card includes:
- Label of Service: Succinct compelling summary of your service.
- Description: Provide a detailed description about the service you’ll provide for your customer.
- Location: Proximity to your device location. (e.g. within 10mi, within 25mi, etc.)
- Payment Amount: Dollar amount and frequency of payment (e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, One-Time)
- Expenses: Associated expenses to complete the service (e.g. raw materials, inventory, travel, supplies, etc)Â
- Sales Tax: Some geographic locations my require a sales tax on your service. Check local tax laws.
- Details: Expand this section for details such as: License, Insurance, Cancellation Policy, Tax Form, etc.
