Password Reset on RateCards
If you’ve selected to register your RateCards account with a username and password login credentials and you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new password.

When you request a new password, you will need to enter your RateCards username to continue.
Once you do this, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you can’t find the password reset email in your inbox, check your junk, spam, or any alternative folders. If you no longer have access to the inbox, we will need to do an account recovery. Please read this article for assistance.

How to Request a New Password
- Open the RateCards app.
- On the sign-in screen, select “Forgot Password?”.
- Enter the email address associated with your RateCards account and tap Send Instructions.
- If your email is registered, you’ll receive a message with a secure link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
- Return to the app and sign in with your new password.
For your security, password reset links are time-limited and can only be used once.
Password Tips

Choose a password that’s at least 8 characters long, with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special symbols.

Avoid using passwords you’ve used elsewhere or personal information.
If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder, and ensure you entered the correct email address. For further help, contact RateCards support.
