Can’t Access the Email or Phone Number Associated with Your RateCards Account? Here’s What to Do
Losing access to your registered email or phone number can be frustrating, but you still have options to recover your RateCards account securely.
To initiate the recovery process, kindly reach out to RateCards support directly by sending an email to support@ratecards.app.
🔔 Note: If you initially registered with a username and password combination, we are unable to switch your registration option to a phone number, Google login, or Apple ID (and vice versa). Instead, follow our Account Recovery process to regain access using the original registration method.
Steps to Recover Your Account
- Start the Recovery Process:
On the RateCards app login screen, select “Can’t access your email or phone?” to begin the account recovery process. -
Identity Verification:
You may be asked to answer security questions or provide additional information to confirm your identity. This could include details about recent account activity or other personal identifiers. -
Contact Support:
If you’re unable to verify your identity through automated steps, you’ll be directed to contact RateCards support. Our team may request further verification, such as a government-issued ID or other documentation, to ensure you are the legitimate account owner. -
Alternative Recovery Options:
In some cases, you may be able to use backup codes, recovery contacts, or other possession-based methods if you set them up previously.
Important Tips
-
Be ready to provide as much information as possible about your account to speed up the recovery process.
-
For your security, account access will only be restored once your identity is confirmed.
-
If you regain access, update your email and phone number in your account settings to prevent future issues.
If you need further assistance, our support team is here to help guide you through each step.
Keeping your contact information up to date is the best way to ensure uninterrupted access to your RateCards account.
In your email to RateCards Support, please provide the following information:
- Your RateCards URL / username.
