Keep your account information up to date for the best RateCards experience. Changing your email address is simple and secure—just follow the steps below to ensure you never miss important notifications or updates.
How to Change Your Email Address
- Open the RateCards app and sign in to your account.
- Go to your Account Settings from the side menu.
- Select Email Address from the list of options.
- On the next screen, enter your new email address and confirm it.
- For your security, you may be asked to enter your current password or verify your identity.
- Check your new email inbox for a confirmation link. Click the link to complete the update.
Your new email address will be used for all future communications, including transaction alerts and account notifications.
