Share Link to Your RateCards

Take your RateCards profile to the next level by sharing your link. Discover how to easily share your profile and expand your business opportunities. Start sharing your RateCards everywhere you market your services!

Now that you’ve customized your RateCards, it’s time to share it everywhere that you connect with your audience. Here we explain where you can use it, and how to add your URL & QR code to some of the most popular places.

How to copy your RateCards link

  1. Go to your RateCards profile, tap the Share button located in the upper right corner
    💡 Tip: On the RateCards app it looks like this:
  2. Select where you want to share your RateCards (eg/ messages, apps, mail, etc.)
  3. Copy your RateCards link 
  4. Select RateCards QR code to download your QR code and help bring your offline visitors online.

Where you can share your RateCards

Here are some places you can share your RateCards:

  • In your email signature
  • In your Instagram bio
  • On your LinkedIn profile
  • Text your link to people
  • In your X (Twitter) bio
  • In your Yelp business profile
  • In your TikTok profile
  • In your blog posts
  • Under your YouTube videos to encourage audience discovery and engagement
  • In your Facebook bio or in your Messenger chats
  • In your Discord profile
  • On your Pinterest boards
  • In your resume/CV and in job applications
  • On your business card
  • On your Twitch stream
  • On your Github bio
  • In your Soundcloud sidebar
  • On shop signage or your posters so that customers can connect with you and find events
  • On merch for that public engagement
  • On your car bumper sticker
  • In your Telegram profile
  • On a widget or sticker on your phone
  • As your website, because you’re a small business and websites take some effort

Description
On LinkedIn, ensure you have the Creator mode switched ON in the Resource section of your profile. Hit the pencil icon in your profile. Head to the Contact info section and hit Edit contact info. Paste your RateCards URL under Website URL. Hit Save.
On Instagram, Navigate to your profile page by tapping on your profile image. Hit Edit Profile. Paste your RateCards URL into the Website field. Note: Sometimes a Links field replaces the Website field on your Instagram account. This is where you should add your RateCards URL. The reason for this experience is that Instagram is likely doing some testing on their platform and the website field name can change. We don't have control over this, but we're confident that your RateCards URL will still be visible on your profile.
On TikTok, go to the Profile section of your account. Hit Manage Account and switch to a Business Account. Select Edit profile. Paste your RateCards URL into the Website field. Hit Save.  Note: On TikTok, you will need to switch over to a business account in order to add a website to your bio.
On YouTube, go to Your channel by clicking on your profile pic in the top left. Hit Customize channel. Select Basic info. Under Links add your link title and paste your RateCards URL in the URL field. Hit Publish.
On X (Twitter), navigate to your profile. Hit Edit Profile. Paste your RateCards URL into the Website section.  Tip: A great way to draw attention to your RateCards on X (Twitter) is to share it in a tweet that you then pin. That way it's always the first tweet your audience reads on your profile.
On Facebook, navigate to the About page on your profile. Hit Contact and basic info section. Select +Add a website. Paste your RateCards URL into the Website address field. Hit Save.
Open your Snapchat app and go to My Public Profile. Note: You must have a Snapchat Public Profile to see this option. Tap Edit. Select RateCards or Website. Then hit Add Your RateCards. Paste your RateCards URL in the available field.
In your Twitch account, hit About. Select Edit about & links. Scroll down to Social Links. Add RateCards in the first text field and paste your RateCards URL in the second text field. Hit Add.
On Pinterest, hit Settings by clicking the gear icon located in the top right corner on mobile and within the dropdown menu next to your avatar in the top right corner on desktop. Paste your RateCards URL under Website URL.  Note: Ensure that you paste your URL with 'https://' otherwise Pinterest may flag your URL as invalid. Once you paste the full URL and hit 'done' it will automatically reformat your URL without the 'https://'.

Add a call out to your RateCards in your social posts

Referencing your RateCards (such as “Check out my RateCards link-in-bio to hire me“) in your social media posts has a positive impact on your clicks and is considered one of the easiest ways to drive traffic to your RateCards.

Add a direct link where you can

Take advantage of Instagram Stories, TikTok videos, Tweets & Youtube video links to insert your RateCards URL directly into your content.
